Terms and Conditions of the Draw – Six Kings Slam Event (Riyadh Season 2025 /2026)
Draw Duration and Mechanism
• Participation Period: October 15, 16, and 18, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 12:00 AM (Riyadh time).
• Location: VIP Section at the Six Kings Slam event in AROYA Cruises booth.
• Eligibility to participate: Any visitor attending the event who scans the QR code at the Aroya
Cruises booth and completes the electronic form.
Eligibility
• Age: 18 years and above.
• Participants: Any attendees of the Six Kings Slam event during the draw days.
• Not eligible: Aroya Cruises employees, its subsidiaries, direct suppliers working at the booth, and
their first-degree relatives.
• Valid and matching identification information must be provided.
Participation Method
• One step: Scan the QR code and fill out the form (first name, last name, mobile number, email).
• Only one entry per person (duplicate entries will be deleted).
• No purchase is required to participate.
Prize
• One free cabin for each winner on a cruise for up to 4 guests (the winner + up to 3 companions).
• Number of winners: 3 winners for this event.
• Includes: Full cruise value and taxes.
• Valid for: Aroya Red Sea cruises (3- or 4-night itineraries) departing until January 14, 2026.
• Excludes (unless otherwise stated): Visas, passports, insurance, personal expenses, onboard
purchases, or any costs not expressly stated.
• Does not include additional activities or excursions such as land tours, beach outings, or any other
trip elements.
Winner Selection and Notification
• Mechanism: Random draw after the last day of the event.
• Draw Location: Aroya Cruises Office.
• Notification: Winners will be contacted by phone by Aroya Cruises.
• Response Period: 48 hours from the first contact attempt. Failure to respond or complete the
required steps within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no replacement draw will be
conducted.
Prize Redemption Conditions
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• A valid passport may be required, depending on the selected cruise itinerary.
• The minimum age on board is 6 months.
• The winner must book the cruise within the period specified by the company and provide all
required documents within the announced deadlines
Personal Data and Privacy
• Data is collected solely for the purpose of managing the draw (eligibility verification, contacting
winners, and delivering prizes).
• It will not be used for marketing purposes.
• Processing is done in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom (PDPL) with
appropriate safeguards in place.
• Data may be stored for no more than 12 months and will then be deleted or anonymized unless
otherwise required by law.

Amendments and Cancellation
• Aroya Cruises reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel these terms or the draw if
circumstances beyond its control or legitimate organizational reasons arise, provided that the
prize’s core value is not diminished.
• Any major amendment will be announced at the booth or through official communication channels.
• In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version of these terms shall prevail.
Disqualification Grounds
• Providing incorrect or incomplete information.
• Multiple entries by the same person or use of automated/prohibited means of participation.
• Identity fraud, violating organizer instructions, or inappropriate behavior toward booth staff or
visitors.
• Failing to meet the age requirement or inability to provide the required identification/travel
documents.
• Failure to respond within 48 hours of the first winning notification.
• Any other significant breach of these terms
Liability
• Aroya Cruises is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity loss, network/device issues,
printing errors, or force majeure circumstances affecting participation, the draw, or prize
redemption.
• Participation in the draw constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Event Relationship
• Event: Riyadh Season – Six Kings Slam.
• Aroya Cruises is a main sponsor; however, the prize is offered solely by Aroya Cruises. The event
organizer bears no responsibility or guarantee regarding the draw or prize
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Riyadh.
