Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is only valid for AROYA weekly RAFFLE competition held during Riyadh Season the period 09 November 2025 – 30 April 2026 

• Applies to published Aroya sailings departing between 09/11/2025 until 24/05/2026 

• The offer provides one (1) FREE Balcony Cabin with maximum capacity for four (4) guests 

• This offer applies to new bookings only and is not combinable with any other AROYA promotion.  

• The offer applies only to one (1) Balcony Cabin and is not allowed for any cabin category change 

• The Free Balcony Cabin reservation is not transferable and can’t be refunded or monetarized.  

• Name change of the winner of the raffle is not allowed. In case there is a name change of any other guest accommodated in the same cabin; the additional cost will be paid by the guest. 

• Additional services, cabin upgrades, and optional packages (e.g., Wi-Fi, drinks, shore excursions) are not included in this offer. 

• This promotion does not apply to land portions of cruise tours, pre- or post-cruise packages, or any excursions. 

• Any voluntary changes to a booking made under this promotion, including itinerary changes, departure date adjustments, or cruise duration modifications, will result in the cancellation of the promotion. The revised booking will be subject to standard prevailing rates and terms at the time of change. 

• In cases of involuntary cancellation or itinerary change initiated by AROYA Cruises, the promotional fare and benefits will be honored and adjusted accordingly at no additional cost to the guest, subject to availability.
