Terms and Conditions:
- Guests who traveled on the inaugural commercial Aroya sailing departing on December 16, 2024, are eligible to receive an on-time 40% discount on the guest cruise fare for their next Private Island booking.
- Any additional guests who did not travel on the December 16, 2024, sailing are required to pay the full cruise fare.
- This offer is valid for bookings made between December 31, 2024, and May 27, 2025. (Sales Period)
- The offer is limited to one booking per eligible guest.
- The offer applies to sailings departing between January 16, 2025, and May 29, 2025. (Travel period)
- This Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- To redeem this offer, bookings must be made via the Call Centre, and guests must provide the name, date of birth and valid ID number matching the details of the original reservation for the December 16, 2024, sailing.
- Additional services, upgrades, or optional packages are not included in this offer and will incur separate charges.
- The offer is not applicable to Aroya Villas, including the Signature Suite, Presidential Villa, and Royal Villa.
- This Offer is not valid for any Group bookings.
- Applicable government taxes and port fees are additional and must be fully paid by all traveling guests.
- This Offer does not apply to the land and sea portions of cruise tours, excursions, or any other elements of the voyage.
- Changes made to a booking under this promotion, such as itinerary, departure date, cruise duration, may result in the cancellation of the promotion. Any promotional benefits, including discounts and onboard credits, will be lost, and the updated reservation will be subject to the standard rates and conditions in effect at the time of the change.
- In case of involuntary sailing cancellation or re-routing, bookings made via this offer are still valid and will be changed without additional cost to the guest.
